Contact+ allows customers to send a text, email or instant message specifying their number and date and time of their availability.  Contact+ calls them at the specified time, thereby avoiding the need for any queuing at all.

Contact+ also allows telephone callers to leave a message while waiting in a queue and then hang up.  The message takes the place of the caller in the queue and eventually gets delivered to an agent.  As well as leaving a message, the caller can also specify a phone number and time for the system to call them back.
