William Gray, Managing Director
William has over 30 years experience in IT, with the last 20 years spent in the Computer Telephony (CT) industry. During this period he has been involved in a variety of innovative product and market development activities.
In 1988, at a time when CT was in its infancy, William obtained BABT approval for Dialogic PC telephony cards to be used in the UK. Dialogic became the world's leading supplier of computer telephony hardware and in 1999 was purchased by Intel.
Since then William has been involved in CT projects around the world, including installing systems in China and Russia. In 1995 he developed and installed the first CT call centre system to be used in Europe and is currently pioneering the implementation of speech enabled IVR systems in the UK.
Paul Skinner, Sales Director
Paul has over 30 years experience in business to business/public sector IT sales, with a strong record of building successful sales and distribution teams both in the UK and internationally. He has been particularly successful in growth/turn-around situations.
Prior to joining Macfarlane, Paul spent the previous twelve years in the document management and workflow market as Sales Director for three leading organisations in this market.
