The Macfarlane team combines extensive experience of the public sector with a deep technical expertise in contact centre and citizen interaction technology.

Key Senior Management include:

William Gray, Managing Director

William has over 30 years experience in IT, with the last 20 years spent in the Computer Telephony (CT) and IP contact centre industries. During this period he has been involved in a variety of innovative projects around the world, including in China and Russia. In 1995 he designed and created the first CT contact centre system to be used in Europe; and more recently pioneered the use of speech enabled IVR systems in the UK.

Paul Skinner, Sales Director

Paul has over 30 years experience in business to business/public sector IT sales, with a strong record of building successful sales and distribution teams both in the UK and internationally. He has been particularly successful in growth/turn-around situations.  Prior to joining Macfarlane, Paul spent the previous twelve years in the document management and workflow market as Sales Director for three leading organisations in this market.
