Contact+ allows customers to send a text or fill in a web form specifying their number and date and time of their availability.  Contact+ calls them at the specified time, thereby avoiding the need for any queuing at all.

Contact+ also allows telephone callers to leave a message while waiting in a queue and then hang up.  The message takes the place of the caller in the queue and eventually gets delivered to an agent.  This feature can be used together with Call Back
